Return policies: ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the nature of this business. No return nor exchanges are available. Exchanges are only acceptable if we have shipped you the incorrect item.
Shipping policy:
⢠Please order at least 4-6 weeks prior to any events or occasions.
â˘Ready to ship wigs are whatâs available on hand and will be shipped within 24-48 hours once order has been processed.
⢠Signatures may be required at time of delivery for all packages.
⢠Please allow 3-7 business days to receive packages after order has been shipped.

Delays: The shipping carrier is fully responsible for any delays, once hair has been shipped out. Please contact the carrier for all questions & concerns.
Lost & Damaged orders: After packages have been shipped and youâve received your tracking number, therefore the package is now in the care of the shipping company. It is no longer our responsibility. If your package is by any chance damaged or stolen, PLEASE contact the shipping carrier to take care of your concerns.
